Branch / Showroom Manager

Barkay is a new premium parquet flooring brand launching this March, specializing inlaminate, SPC, LVT, and engineered wood flooring.

We are looking for an experiencedBranch / Showroom Managerto lead our flagship showroom and set the foundation for the brand.

Role Overview

This role combinesretail sales, project sales, and showroom management. The showroom includes a dedicated private meeting room for contractors, designers, and developers. As Barkay's first manager, you will play a key role in building the team, processes, and customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead retail and project sales activities
• Manage showroom operations and brand presentation
• Handle project clients (contractors, designers, developers)
• Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff
• Achieve sales targets and report performance to management

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in flooring, building materials, or interior finishes
• Strong knowledge of laminate, SPC, LVT, and engineered wood
• Proven experience managing a showroom or branch
• Strong leadership, sales, and client-handling skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a business from the ground up
