We are looking for an experienced Branch Supervisor – Oriental Perfumes to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership experience and a solid understanding of Oriental perfumes, oud, musk, bakhoor, and fragrance products, with the ability to combine product knowledge with strong sales and people-management skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth store performance.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving individual and branch targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
• Provide expert guidance on Oriental perfumes, oud, musk, bakhoor, and fragrance layering.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and follows selling standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, merchandising, and product presentation.
• Ensure the branch follows company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance follow-up.
• Prepare and communicate regular sales and operational updates to management.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in perfume, fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Oriental fragrances and perfume products.
• Proven experience in achieving retail sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
