Role Overview

The Brand & Creative Executive supports the execution of the MatraX brand across visual, creative, and experiential touchpoints. This is a hands-on role, combining design, creative production, trade show support, and coordination with external partners.

The role is intentionally broad. While initial responsibilities focus on execution with guidance, the position is designed to evolve over time, with the successful candidate progressively taking on greater responsibility and ownership of defined brand and creative areas as experience and trust grow.

This role suits a strong executor with solid design foundations, curiosity, and ambition to grow into a senior brand role.

MatraX is an international automotive brand operating across tyres, batteries, and lubricants, focused on performance-driven solutions, and part of the Portuguese Alves Bandeira Group with international operations.

What You'll Be Involved In

You will contribute to the practical execution of the MatraX brand, which may includebut is not limited towork across:

  • Visual design and adaptation for digital, print, and physical brand materials
  • Creative production for trade shows, exhibitions, and brand activations
  • Preparation of layouts, presentations, and visual concepts for internal use and suppliers
  • Working closely with internal teams such as sales, product, and operations to support commercial and brand objectives
  • Coordination with external agencies, suppliers, and production partners
  • Support of content initiatives, including basic video edits and simple motion assets when needed
  • Use of basic 3D visuals or renders for concepts, layouts, or presentations
  • Maintaining consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
  • Applying modern creative workflows and AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality

The scope of work may expand based on capability, performance, and business needs.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong hands-on design skills using industry-standard tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with basic video editing and simple motion or animation
  • Exposure to 3D visuals or renders for concepts or layouts is a plus
  • Interest in AI tools and modern creative workflows
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or B2B environments is a plus, not a requirement
