Our flagship project is a premium Fine-Fast dining concept launching this upcoming season in Dubai. We are building a brand that sits right at the intersection of modern street culture and high-end gastronomy.
Our operations rely on a highly synchronized Hub & Spoke infrastructure. We are seeking a visionary, system-driven Head Chef / Brand Chef to join our founding team as one of our very first key corporate hires. This is a creative, hands-on role where you will work directly with the creators to shape the brand's culinary identity from day one.
Qualifications:
- Curiosity & Craft Over Titles: You have 3+ years of experience in leading roles within professional upscale, premium casual, or innovative delivery-focused kitchens. More than your exact past job titles, we care about your genuine curiosity, clean work habits, and your intrinsic relationship with ingredients.
- Cultural Intuition: You love and deeply understand diverse food cultures. You are someone who instinctively knows what makes a traditional Khaleeji dish feel right to a local guest, what makes a Southeast Asian profile honest, or what defines the restraint of Nordic culinary arts.
- An Open & Systemic Mindset: You look beyond the plate. You understand that a great dish needs to stay perfect—whether it is served fresh on a plate or enjoyed 15–20 minutes later via delivery packaging under transit stress. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you must genuinely care about the journey your food takes to the guest.
- Passion for Growth: You want to build something monumental from scratch. You are ready to collaborate closely with our corporate Culinary Directors, share knowledge, push new ideas, and treat this project as your own professional platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Menu Co-Authorship & Expansion: Work hands-on to refine and perfect our initial 8 flagship menu positions, introducing exciting flavor balances and signature twists.
- Kitchen Launch & Systemization: Help set up our launch kitchen operations, define clean kitchen routines, and translate recipes into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure absolute visual and structural consistency across the network.
