Job Description

A global luxury hospitality company is seeking an experienced Marketing & Brand Creative Director to lead and protect its brand across international markets.

This senior role is responsible for defining and evolving a unified global brand strategy, ensuring consistent, high-end brand expression across all physical and digital touchpoints. The successful candidate will act as the brand guardian, driving creative excellence, overseeing global campaigns, and embedding brand standards across international locations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead global brand strategy, positioning, and narrative

• Provide creative direction for campaigns, content, and visual identity

• Ensure brand consistency across locations, environments, and digital platforms

• Lead and develop internal brand and creative teams globally

• Support new concepts, launches, and market expansion initiatives

• Manage external agencies and key stakeholders

• Monitor brand performance and continuously elevate brand perception

Profile

• 7–10+ years experience in brand, creative, or marketing leadership roles

• Background in luxury, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors

• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on creative leadership capability

• Confident communicator with high attention to detail and commercial awareness

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global environments
