- onebank was established in 2020 as the company responsible for launching the 1st digital native bank in Egypt. The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Brand Designer to define and craft our brand's visual identities across all touchpoints. You'll join our in-house creative team and will help set the standard of brand & creative at OneBank. This role combines design excellence, team collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve OneBank's visual identity from brand guidelines to how it shows up in the app, on social, in campaigns, and offline
• Lead design end-to-end for major campaigns and product launches, from concept to final assets
• Work across formats: digital (app, web, social), print/collateral, and out-of-home
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and growth to turn strategy into visual work that actually performs
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that holds up as the team and brand grow
• Manage external agencies/freelancers when work needs to scale beyond the in-house team
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in branding and graphic design
• A portfolio that shows real range: digital, print, campaign, and brand systems work, not just one lane
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Confidence presenting and defending design decisions to non-design stakeholders
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within an in-house brand team
• Experience collaborating with motion designers to bring a vision to life
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus
