Brand Expert - SharkNinja (Consumer)

Job purpose

Represent SharkNinja products in retail stores by engaging shoppers, demonstrating products and recommending solutions suited to their needs. The Brand Expert will help deliver a strong customer experience, support sales performance, and maintain excellent brand standards on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable SharkNinja products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Apply effective selling techniques to convert shopper interest into sales and support store targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Shark and Ninja categories, including new launches and promotions.
• Keep product displays and demonstration areas clean, organised and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with retailer staff to support product availability, visibility and customer service.
• Submit timely reports on sales, stock availability, shopper feedback, competitor activity and in-store issues.
• Participate in product training, store activities and promotional events.
• Follow retailer policies and represent SharkNinja professionally at all times.

Experience, Qualifications and Skill

• Previous experience in retail sales, product demonstration or customer service is preferred.
• Experience selling small domestic appliances (SDA) is a plus.
• Strong selling skills and the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and approachable, with the ability to engage different types of shoppers.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate reports.
• Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
