Position Objective

Initiation, organization and coordination of marketing activities for major products with a view to develop and maintain awareness on the products in the market. Development and management of marketing of brands/products assigned to him/her in the framework of coordinated strategies to achieve the assigned objectives and the allocation of financial expenditures for products.

Brand Manager Main Duties

Analysis of marketing databases on the market of own medicinal products (monthly, quarterly, annually and for previous years) by the regions of Egypt, monthly monitoring of trends in the market of status and activity of competitors. Using of obtained in developing strategies and reports.

Analysis of internal data (per month, quarter, year, and previous years) by regions of Egypt. Use of obtained data in developing strategies and reports.

Development of marketing strategies for products in the market in accordance with the General strategy of the company for the year and the cycles of the year. This strategy should be based on the actual market situation, agreed with the Managers of Field Force, Distribution and Registration Departments..

Development and implementation of the marketing budget for products, solving problems arising from global marketing tasks/ Global Marketing.

A&P management

Development of presentations on products in the English language to work with the Head Office.

Control of work quality of employees of the Field Force Department on the product, Product Manager shall correct the gaps in knowledge of the FFD, conducting seminars - trainings (coaching) and repeated double visits.

Monthly and systematic work with Opinion Leaders

To engage the Field Force Department personnel in conducting marketing events (congresses, conferences, seminars, round tables for medical practitioners and pharmacists, lectures for the population).

Submission of monthly progress report to the Marketing Manager

Compliance with the internal regulations established by the Head of the Representative Office. Timely notification of the Head of the Representative Office of any change of schedule.

Compliance with ethical standards and business ethics, including observance of discipline, appropriate dress code and standards of professional conduct.

Daily management of marketing activities for the products.

Regular analysis of marketing information, including monitoring the activities of competitors.

Joint work with FFD: adaptation of materials and the development of cycles for FFD, training on product group for the FFD, etc.

Cooperation with the partners (advertising agencies, etc.) and OpL on the product group.

Candidates Profile

Relevant education

1-3 years experience as Brand Manager

Fluent in English
