We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Watches) to lead and strengthen brand presence across the GCC / Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury, retail, or FMCG, with proven expertise in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all platforms
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline)
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with sales, design, digital teams, and external agencies
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and brand activations
- Ensure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identity
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance and ROI reports
- Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors (watches preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
- Knowledge of the GCC / Middle East market is essential
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) and NOC are mandatory
