Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Watches) to lead and strengthen brand presence across the GCC / Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury, retail, or FMCG, with proven expertise in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all platforms
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline)
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with sales, design, digital teams, and external agencies
  • Lead product launches, campaigns, and brand activations
  • Ensure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identity
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance and ROI reports
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience in retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors (watches preferred)
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
  • Knowledge of the GCC / Middle East market is essential
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Valid Qatar ID (QID) and NOC are mandatory
