We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Brand Manager to expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying target audiences and effectively distributing marketing content to engage potential customers. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies using both offline and online methods to attract and retain new customers. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, innovative, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Identify and engage target audiences through various marketing channels.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Utilize both online and offline marketing methods to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough consumer research to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze Retail Audit Data (AC Nielsen) to inform marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and manage pricing strategies and P&L (profit and loss) to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of marketing and branding experience.
  • Proficiency in handling Retail Audit Data (AC Nielsen).
  • Strong consumer research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in creating successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in pricing strategies and managing P&L (profit and loss).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
