Main Responsibilities:
- Brand Messaging Defines brand voice, tone, and storytelling across all materials.
- Campaign Concepts Plans and approves brand campaigns, themes, and seasonal creative direction.
- Creative Team Leadership Supervises designers, videographers, social host, and content creation.
- Social Media & PR Oversees social media calendar, posting quality, captions, and PR coordination.
- Content Quality Approves all visuals, videos, and text before publishing to ensure brand consistency.
- Listings Presentation Ensures photography, descriptions, and amenities match brand standards.
- Campaign Execution Translates creative ideas into posts, ads, and promotional activities with the team
- Brand Guidelines & Assets Maintains templates, visual standards, and consistency across materials.
- Collaborations & Partnerships Manages influencer, PR, and co-branding opportunities.
- Corporate Image Ensures professional, aspirational image for all company departments and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 57 years of marketing experience, with at least 23 in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate.
- Strong expertise in marketing branding.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5+ people with measurable results.
- Skilled in balancing creative leadership with data-driven performance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Business Development.
