Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive sustainable growth.
  • Track product performance at customer level, including sell-in and sell-out, and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Guide and support the sales team with market insights, opportunities, and actionable data to maximize distribution and rotation.
  • Analyze and report on brand performance, KPIs, and ROI of marketing and trade activities.
  • Monitor market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to anticipate trends and risks.
  • Develop and manage pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies aligned with brand positioning.
  • Lead product launches, relaunches, and in-market execution plans.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with customers to improve visibility, shelf presence, and promotional effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Must have hands-on experience in Food FMCG (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar FMCG role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and managing trade activities.
  • Solid understanding of retail dynamics, distribution, pricing, and promotions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities.
