Role Objective
The Brand Manager will lead the development and positioning of the company's brand portfolio within the Saudi market, with a strong focus on fashion, lifestyle, and accessories. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building the brand function from the ground up, driving market presence, identifying new brand opportunities, and strengthening customer connection across all touchpoints.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, expanding market reach, and supporting long-term commercial growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
Develop and implement the overall brand strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Build strong brand positioning, identity, and market differentiation within the Saudi market.
Ensure brand consistency across retail stores, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and customer communications.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Brand Portfolio Development
Identify and evaluate opportunities to introduce new fashion, lifestyle, and accessories brands to the business.
Lead market assessments, feasibility studies, and brand selection processes.
Build relationships with international and regional brand partners to support portfolio expansion.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new brand launches.
Marketing & Customer Experience
Partner with marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns, product launches, activations, and seasonal promotions.
Ensure brand storytelling and customer experience are aligned with target audience expectations.
Work closely with retail teams to enhance in-store brand presentation and customer engagement.
Commercial & Business Growth
Support sales growth by developing brand-driven commercial initiatives.
Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and product performance to optimize brand strategy.
Recommend pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with senior leadership, buying, retail, operations, and marketing teams.
Build the brand function, processes, and future team structure.
Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors when required.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Branding, or a related field.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Commercial Brand Development.
Strong experience within fashion, accessories, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Experience launching, scaling, or managing premium or international brands is highly preferred.
Certifications (Preferred)
Brand Management Certification
Marketing Strategy Certification
Luxury Retail or Fashion Management certifications are an advantage

Brand development and market expansion expertise
Experience in introducing and managing multiple brands
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
