Role Overview
The Brand Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of global homeware and family-oriented brands. This role bridgescommercial strategy, demand planning, and brand marketing, requiring a strong balance between analytical precision and creative storytelling.
You'll collaborate with sourcing, purchasing, pricing, marketing, e-commerce, and the sales and retailers teams to ensure optimal brand performance, product availability, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Strategy
- Develop and execute annual business, merchandising, and marketing plans across all brick-and-mortar and digital channels.
- Define the brands and assortment strategy, ensuring a balanced product mix aligned with consumer trends and the brands premium positioning.
- Identify and introduce new brands or product lines that reflect innovation, sustainability, and everyday practicality.
2. Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Lead thedemand forecasting processfor assigned brands, analysing sales trends, seasonality, and market performance.
3. Market Insights & Performance Analysis
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities and recommend strategic actions to drive growth and profitability.
6. Training
- Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to internal and external teams to strengthen sales execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience inbrand management(preferably in food preparation category).
- Proven experience working within the GCC region
- Understanding ofdigital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel retail
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, agile, and results-focus
- Arabic language proficiency is a prerequisite
