Job Summary
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth. The role focuses on market analysis, campaign performance, product positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and target audiences.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and recognition.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
- Review product packaging and recommend design improvements to strengthen product positioning.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities within the market.
- Design and support advertising campaigns for new products and services.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of media campaigns.
- Monitor and update product pricing in alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Participate in organizing promotional events and marketing activities to support brand visibility.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Creativity and innovation in brand development and positioning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of brand strategy development and execution.
- Experience in market research and consumer insights analysis.
- Understanding of pricing strategies and product positioning.
- Familiarity with campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
