Job Description

Purpose of the Position:

To build, manage, and enhance the company's brand positioning in the insurance brokerage market, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels, driving awareness, trust, and customer engagement that supports business growth across retail and corporate segments.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual brand strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define and maintain the company's brand identity.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Oversee digital brand presence: website, social media, and online ads.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and brand tracking.
  • Use insights to refine brand positioning and communication strategy.
  • Develop and manage the annual brand budget.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English is a Must
  • 5–7 years in Brand/Marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns

Skills Needed:

  • Strong strategic thinking and brand-building skills
  • Digital marketing expertise (SEO, social media, paid media)
