Role Purpose

Manage a whisky luxury portfolio, focusing on maximizing market share, enhancing consumer engagement, and driving MMI profitability. This role requires strategic planning, relationship building, and budget and stock allocation management to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency brands.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement and execute annual and channel-specific brand plans.
  • Manage P&L, pricing, and commercial terms, forecasting, inventory, and category listings, and support NPD launches
  • Produce monthly financial and brand reports for senior management and principals.
  • Coordinate with the Category, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive brand growth.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand or customer channel marketing, ideally in the beverage industry.
  • Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, budget management, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong skills in presentation, sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in data and market analysis to inform commercial and consumer insights.
