The Opportunity
We are hiring a Brand, Marketing & Communication Manager to personally own the Innovvette master brand and lead the marketing function across our full portfolio. This is not a purely strategic role, and it is not a purely executional role — it is both. You will be the senior voice of the Innovvette corporate brand, elevating our positioning in the market as a leading regional education company. At the same time, you will lead a small, capable team executing marketing and communications across two program brands, digital channels, and all business lines.
You will report to the Commercial & Growth Director and lead a team of two Brand Digital Marketing Coordinators and coordinate the External Media Buyer.
What You'll Own
- Personal ownership and execution of the Innovvette master brand — corporate positioning, thought leadership, executive branding, LinkedIn presence, corporate communications, group-level PR, and cross-brand messaging
- Brand strategy and architecture across the Innovvette master brand and the two program brands (STEAMulation Hub and KidzGround)
- Integrated marketing campaigns across all brands and business lines, driving awareness, demand generation, and revenue support
- Digital marketing strategy and execution — social media, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, website management, email marketing, and marketing automation
- Content strategy and production across all brands, including thought leadership, parenting content, brand storytelling, and multimedia
- Public relations, media relations, and industry thought leadership positioning Innovvette in the Egyptian and regional education sector
- Media planning and buying oversight, working with the External Media Buyer for optimal media investment
- Employer branding strategy execution in coordination with our HR Manager
- Team leadership and development of two Brand Digital Marketing Coordinators
- Brand and marketing budget management across all brands and channels
- Marketing performance analytics, brand health tracking, and campaign ROI
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of marketing, brand, or communications experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Significant experience managing multi-brand or multi-product marketing portfolios
- Strong track record of building brands and driving demand generation in consumer-facing and/or professional services categories
- Hands-on expertise across digital marketing, content marketing, PR, and integrated campaign development
- Experience in education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or similar service-driven environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or master's degree a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Prior experience in education, childcare, or family-facing brands is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop marketing teams
