Job Purpose

The Brand Marketing Director is responsible for defining, building, and leading the company's end-to-end brand vision across corporate and project levels. This role ensures the creation of a credible, aspirational, and commercially effective brand that supports sales performance, investor confidence, and long-term brand equity.

The position is a senior leadership role with hands-on execution, ideal for a new or fast-scaling real estate development platform.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Vision, Strategy & Governance

  • Define and own the corporate brand vision, positioning, and narrative in alignment with the Chairman and CEO
  • Establish and manage brand architecture across corporate, project, and sub-brands
  • Develop and enforce brand governance frameworks and brand guidelines
  • Act as the brand custodian across all internal and external touchpoints

Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and lead company-wide brand and marketing strategies
  • Define go-to-market strategies for project launches, phases, and portfolio expansion
  • Ensure alignment between brand, sales, product, and investor messaging
  • Translate business objectives into impactful marketing and brand initiatives

Project Launches & Commercial Enablement

  • Lead brand and marketing strategy for new project launches and repositioning initiatives
  • Oversee development of sales enablement tools including brand decks, brochures, master plans, and digital assets
  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure brand storytelling supports conversion and revenue targets

Communications, PR & Reputation Management

  • Own external communications and public relations strategy
  • Build and manage brand credibility with investors, brokers, media, and key stakeholders
  • Lead crisis communications and brand risk management when required
  • Ensure all messaging complies with UAE and GCC cultural and regulatory norms

Digital, Experience & Innovation

  • Oversee digital ecosystems including corporate and project websites, platforms, and social media
  • Ensure a consistent, differentiated customer journey and brand experience
  • Drive innovation in branding, digital technology, and customer engagement

Leadership, Team & Partner Management

  • Build and lead the internal brand and marketing team
  • Appoint, brief, and manage external agencies including creative, digital, and PR partners
  • Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and development plans for teams and partners

Budgeting, Performance & ROI

  • Own and manage the brand and marketing budget
  • Track brand health, campaign performance, and ROI
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness

  • Institutionalized corporate brand identity
  • Clear brand architecture and governance model
  • Successful launch of flagship real estate developments

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 12-18+ years of progressive experience in brand and marketing leadership
  • Proven experience in real estate or large asset-backed businesses
  • Strong UAE and GCC market exposure preferred
