What you'll do:

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Noon Minutes brand strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, creative, product, and operations teams to build brand equity, drive customer loyalty, and enhance the overall brand experience.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Noon Minutes growth objectives.
  • Define and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position Noon Minutes effectively in the quick commerce space.
  • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, offline, and influencer activations.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, social media, and content teams to develop engaging brand-led campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for impact and ROI.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure brand consistency across the app and website.
  • Align with the customer support team to maintain brand tone and voice in customer interactions.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.
  • Work with local and regional stakeholders to tailor campaigns to different market needs.
  • Monitor key brand health metrics, including awareness, perception, and sentiment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis of brand performance.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, or tech startups is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and content strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
