Job Description

Our client is a leading creative and influencer marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in building high-impact brand collaborations across the UAE and GCC. Working at the intersection of brands, creators, and digital platforms, the agency develops strategic partnerships, co-branded campaigns, and innovative marketing initiatives that drive commercial growth and cultural relevance. As the business continues to expand its portfolio of brand and platform collaborations, they are looking to strengthen their partnerships function with the addition of a Brand Partnership Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure strategic brand and platform partnerships aligned with agency objectives and client needs.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, sponsorships, co-branded campaigns, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with partner brands, influencers, media platforms, and content networks.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Content, Social, Media) to bring partnership concepts to life.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing, preferably within the media, advertising, or influencer ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in closing and managing brand or content partnerships.

Note: This role is hybrid and requires travel to the office in Abu Dhabi 2 days per week.
