Brand Partnerships Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our marketing team in Dubai and coordinate all brand partnership projects across our lifestyle brand portfolio that includes Off-White, Palm Angels, Dickies among others. From scouting new opportunities to managing end-to-end execution, this role is central to driving visibility and cultural relevance for our brands through impactful collaborations across fashion, art, music, and sport.
Key responsibilities
- Collaboration strategy: Support the Head of Marketing in defining the brand collaboration roadmap across all brands
- Partnership scouting: Identify and evaluate potential partners, brands, artists, festivals, athletes, creators that align with each brand's positioning and objectives.
- Project Management: Lead the coordination of collaboration projects from ideation to launch (briefs, creative approvals, production, PR, and go-to-market rollout).
- Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with design, product, PR, e-commerce, and regional marketing teams to ensure full alignment and timely delivery.
- Performance tracking: Monitor collaboration performance (EMV, reach, press coverage, sales uplift, etc.) and build post-launch reports.
- Market watch: Stay up-to-date on cultural trends, emerging talents, and competitive landscape across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.
Profile
- 34 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand management, ideally in a fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle environment.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and cultural marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to convince, align, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Dubai.
