Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a globally recognised luxury beauty and fragrance house with an exceptional heritage, renowned for its craftsmanship, innovation, and premium client experience. As the business continues to expand across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced Brand & Retail Manager to lead the development of the brand across the Saudi market.

Based in Riyadh, this is a broad commercial role combining brand management, retail operations, marketing, and client engagement. Working closely with regional leadership, global brand teams, retail partners, and distributors, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, retail excellence, and commercial performance across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual brand and retail strategy for the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Drive retail performance across all boutiques and points of sale, ensuring commercial targets and KPI's are consistently achieved.
  • Partner with boutique teams to improve client experience, sales productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand activations, client events, and VIP experiences in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure all local campaigns reflect the brand's positioning and objectives.
  • Identify commercial opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, landlords, agencies, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor retail performance through sales analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and regular business reviews.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation are consistently maintained across the market.
  • Support boutique openings, promotional activities, and special projects across Saudi Arabia.
  • Collaborate with training teams to ensure retail staff are fully equipped with product knowledge, brand storytelling, and service standards.
  • Manage marketing and retail budgets, ensuring activities deliver measurable commercial return.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within luxury beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, or another premium retail sector where both brand management and retail operations have formed part of the role.

You will be commercially minded, highly organised, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners across the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience within luxury beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, or premium retail.
  • Previous experience managing both retail operations and brand marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian retail landscape and consumer market.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful product launches, retail events, brand activations, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working with distributors, retailers, and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience analysing sales performance and developing action plans.
  • Budget management and financial planning experience.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Fluent Arabic and English are essential.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
