Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies, drive brand growth, and strengthen market positioning within the Pharmaceutical Consumer Line.

The Brand Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution, monitor brand performance, and support key initiatives that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
  • Assist in monitoring brand performance, sales, and market share across consumer pharma products.
  • Ensure brand visibility and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and product activations.
  • Develop marketing materials (POSM, brochures, digital content) in collaboration with agencies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather consumer insights and recommend actions to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Provide sales forecasts and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with distributors and pharmacies to support in-store visibility and promotions.
  • Maintain effective communication with regional and global brand partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign results, and market updates.
  • Present recommendations for improving brand equity and sales performance.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles and retail trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); digital marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
