Join Elite Plus, a leader in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, to drive our brand evolution. We are looking for a hybrid professionalpart brand guardian, part PR agentto manage the reputation of our clinic and the personal brand of our Founder/Medical Director.
Core Objectives:
1. Unify the Brand Voice (Corporate)
- Take ownership of the Elite Plus brand guide, ensuring all communications reflect our premium standards.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with the broader brand vision.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that elevate the clinic's profile.
2. Establish Thought Leadership (Personal)
- Transform the Founder's expertise into a compelling digital narrative. This includes managing LinkedIn content, drafting speeches, and curating a professional image that resonates with peers and patients.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Founder's public statements and communications.
3. Amplify Visibility (Media)
- Develop a proactive media outreach strategy. Pitch expert commentary, arrange broadcast interviews, and maintain a strong press network.
- Create compelling media kits, professional biographies, and reputation management protocols.
4. Curate Premium Visuals (Content)
- Direct photoshoots and video sessions to build a library of high-impact assets.
- Ensure the visual representation of both the Founder and the clinic remains polished and consistent.
Requirements:
- 3-5 yearsin a relevant role (Brand Management, PR, Media Relations).
- Healthcare experienceis a plus.
- Native/Bilingual proficiencyin Arabic and English.
- Proven track record ofbuilding professional brands on LinkedIn.
- Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Unquestionable integrity and confidentiality.
