Branding Promotions Officer

Responsible for overseeing the production and installation of branding materials, ensuring high-quality design execution, and liaising with printing presses for timely and accurate production. This role requires strong knowledge of branding elements, material selection, and print production processes to maintain brand consistency and effectiveness across various promotional platforms.

Supervise the production and installation of branding materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.

Work closely with designers to ensure the specification of branding is complained with production requirements

Vendor & Printing Press Liaison: Communicate with printing presses and external suppliers to ensure accurate and high-quality production of marketing materials.

Manage the production and installation of branding materials, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth production and installation workflows.

Inspect materials and final products to ensure they meet AZF's standards.

Provide recommendations on the best materials and production techniques for cost efficiency and durability.

Ensure all branding and production outputs align with AZF's guidelines.

Work closely with the branding team, and procurement, to execute production requirements.

Liaise with printing presses, signage vendors, and production houses for timely and high-quality output.

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly.

Assist in planning and managing production timelines, budgets, and resources.

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain records of production costs, material usage, and supplier performance.

Education : 5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry
