Job Purpose
Support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, consistency, and market share across all channels. The Branding Coordinator ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external agencies while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilitie
s1. Brand Execution & Campaign Suppor
- tAssist in planning and executing brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- .Coordinate with internal teams (sales, trade marketing, digital, supply chain) to ensure timely campaign rollout
- .Track campaign calendars and ensure milestones are met
.2. Content & Communicatio
- nSupport development of marketing materials (packaging, POSM, digital content, ATL/BTL materials)
- .Review content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging standards
- .Maintain consistency in brand tone, identity, and positioning across all platforms
.3. Agency & Vendor Coordinatio
- nLiaise with creative, media, and production agencies on campaign deliverables
- .Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality
- .Follow up on approvals and ensure smooth execution of projects
.4. Market & Competitor Monitorin
- gConduct regular market scans to track competitor activities, trends, and innovations
- .Support in consumer insights gathering and analysis
- .Prepare reports and recommendations for the Branding Manager
.5. Brand Performance Trackin
- gMonitor key brand KPIs such as sales performance, market share, and campaign ROI
- .Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly brand performance reports
- .Track and evaluate promotional effectiveness
.6. Budget Suppor
- tAssist in tracking marketing budgets and expenses
- .Ensure proper documentation and alignment with approved budgets
.7. Administrative & Coordination Suppor
- tOrganize meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain documentation
