Job Title: Breakfast Chef
We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia (JEDDAH)
The ideal candidate must already be based in Saudi Arabia, have a transferable Iqama, and be able to communicate confidently in English. We are seeking someone with a strong background in breakfast preparation, excellent kitchen discipline, and the ability to work efficiently during busy morning service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Organise and manage breakfast mise en place efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen procedures accurately
- Maintain speed and accuracy during peak breakfast hours
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role
- Must be currently living in Saudi Arabia
- Must have a transferable Iqama
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking, preparation methods, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork, reliability, and professional attitude
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards

- Experience in hotels, cafés, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
