We are currently seeking a Inventory Controller who will report to the WW Inventory Controller as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
You will support the Inventory Control department in all its day to day activities with a specific focus on inventory management and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions
- Verify the correctness of stock records
- Maintain accurate inventory reports
- Manage the monthly calculation of the actual costs and maintain accurate inventory records and data
- Follow the inventory management activities and verification of the quantities
- Identify, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures for the warehouse and monitoring actual data
- Production of ad-hoc analyses regarding the warehouse stock and related movement of goods
- Support other office activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics
- Good knowledge of JDA and Stealth 400
- Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Organizational Skills
- Proactive, positive, flexible, hard-worker, problem solver, team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Available to travel for business purposes from time to time
- Previous experience in retail is a plus
