We are currently seeking an IT Innovation Specialist who will report to the MIS Manager as part of our team in Montebello di Bertona (PE).

This is a fantastic chance to grow up and this is a challenging position in a stimulating environment.

• Create constructive and pro-active relationships with MIS team members and colleagues from other departments
• Support in the development and maintenance of IT services (existing and new ones) applied to HR
• Provide user support
• Manage ticketing and project management tools
• Be responsible for the creation of project and maintenance documentation (user manuals, meeting minutes, activities and project presentations in Power Point, Excel files processing, Flow design in Visio)
• Support the MIS team (Information Technology) and HR team in simplifying the internal activities and processes
• Create constructive and pro-active relationships with IT + HR team members and colleagues from other departments
• Support the manager in the discovery of the new IT digital solutions and market trends

• College/university graduate in Science or other equivalent degree (Computer science or relevant technical degree preferred)
• Knowledge about network security policies
• Knowledges on database systems
• Knowledge of modern toolsets in environments in ferment
• Advanced knowledges on Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent knowledge of O365 suite
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly organized and able to plan efficiently
• Proactive and constructive approach, highlight the problem and difficulty but always propose alternative solutions
• Curious and eager to learn
• Interested on metaverse and augmented reality
• B2 level English
• Curiosity for any kind of technology innovation in the fashion environment.
• Curiosity in WEB3, Metaverse and digital experience

• Knowledge about cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services)
• Knowledges on Google Big Query
• Knowledges on Microsoft Active Directory architecture
• Knowledges on Microsoft HoloLens
• Curiosity for any kind of technology innovation in the fashion environment.
• Curiosity in WEB3, Metaverse and digital experience
