We are currently seeking a Merchandising and Sales Planning Intern who will report to the WW Merchandising and Sales Planning Manager as part of our dynamic team in Rome.

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on business performance across all categories and regions
• Translate business needs into analytic & reporting requirements, issue analyses and interpret trends to support strategic priorities for the company and implement predictive analytics
• Provide other departments with ad hoc data and analysis
• Facilitate decision making by publishing actionable Dashboards & KPIs on a regular basis (ST%, month of stock coverage, etc)
• Support the planning and forecasting activities including Sales Plan and Open-to-Buy
• Secure the key questions What (product), When (period/season), Where (Market/Store), Who (client), Why (reason), What's Next (actions) are answered to in each and every issue
• Constantly check and secure data quality, consistency and completeness

• Bachelor's degree (economics or statistics) or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• High proficiency on Office suite (Word, Excel, Access)
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Attitude to problem solving combined with strong professional relational skills
