Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage sales opportunities for Satellite, Broadcast, Media & Professional AV solutions
* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
* Prepare technical proposals, Goverment Tenders/Compliance, quotations, BOMs and presentations
* Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and technical discussions
* Develop relationships with TV/FM Radio/ Satellite Operators, government organizations and corporate clients in Middle East and Africa
* Coordinate with international technology partners, vendors and internal engineering teams
* Follow up on tenders, RFQs, projects and sales opportunities from inquiry to order completion
* Support project handover and provide technical assistance to customers when required

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, including solution design, proposal development, and support for complex broadcast and communication systems.
Candidates should possess Technical Support and Customer Service skills, with experience troubleshooting broadcast or telecom equipment and providing clear, timely assistance to clients.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and prepare professional documentation and presentations.
Relevant experience in broadcast, telecom, or SATCOM environments, including familiarity with transmission systems, IP networking, and industry standards, is highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, along with proficiency in common office and CRM tools, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and travel to client locations as required.
