ROLE:
We are looking for a Broadcasting & Video Technician to support the technical execution of live and recorded video productions. This role combines hands-on experience with broadcasting equipment, video production workflows, and technical troubleshooting to ensure high-quality content delivery across digital and broadcast platforms.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcasting, Film Production, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in video production, broadcasting, or live production environments.
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras, audio systems, lighting, video switchers, and streaming equipment.
- Good technical knowledge of broadcast workflows, video signal flow, audio systems, and live streaming technologies.
- Familiarity with video production software and basic editing tools is a plus.
- Understanding of networking basics and IP-based broadcasting is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during live productions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Ability to work under pressure during live broadcasts. And prioritize tasks during live operations.
- Ability to move around cities if need to cover work related
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, operate, and monitor video and broadcasting equipment for live and recorded productions.
- Support studio, on-location, and live event productions.
- Ensure high-quality video and audio output throughout productions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, audio, lighting, video switching, streaming, and broadcasting equipment.
- Configure and maintain cameras, microphones, video switchers, encoders, and streaming devices.
- Assist with live streaming and content distribution across digital platforms.
- Perform routine maintenance and testing of production and broadcasting equipment.
- Coordinate with producers, directors, editors, and production teams to ensure smooth technical execution.
- Monitor broadcast signals and identify potential issues before they impact production.
- Maintain equipment inventory and recommend repairs or replacements when needed.
- Stay up to date with new broadcasting technologies and production workflows.
