Job Description
Role Summary
The Senior Manager Broker Channel & Business Development will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening broker partnerships across international markets. This is a non-sales role focused on broker enablement, relationship management, and channel strategy rather than direct sales or broker acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing broker partners across international markets
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing engagement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support brokers with product knowledge, processes, and market insights
- Plan and execute channel development initiatives to improve broker effectiveness and engagement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, compliance, operations) to address broker requirements
- Track broker performance, engagement metrics, and market feedback to support continuous improvement
- Support market expansion initiatives through structured broker channel strategies
- Represent the organization in broker meetings, industry forums, and international engagements
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements across regions
Key Requirements
- 812 years of experience in broker channel management, partnerships, or business development roles
- Strong exposure to international markets and multicultural business environments
- Multilingual capabilities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working with broker or intermediary channels (not direct sales)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term partner relationships
- Comfortable working across geographies and time zones
