At ACE Insurance Brokers, we are looking for an Employee Benefits Broker with experience in the Kuwait market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creates EB Slips to float to market
2. Creates comparisons of market quotes and products
3. Monitors workflow and take appropriate action as required.
4. Demonstrates detailed knowledge and understanding of the insurance market, the basic insurance principles and ability to apply them in the day to day activities.
5. Places business in the market in order to achieve contract certainty.
6. Handles all technical queries effectively.
7. Establish a good working relationship with the Team.
8. Provides in depth and expert advice to Clients/Brokers.
9. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of rating procedures.
10. Understands the potential for risk improvement.
11. Has detailed understanding of more complex product features benefits, exclusions, warranties and their application to various situations.
12. Tailors product offering to clients needs.
13. Demonstrates understanding of the concept of risk and exposures and how each aspect of risk affects the underwriting profile.
14. Adheres to the contents of the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and the Company's overall internal procedures and policies.
15. Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager.
