What you'll do
- Analyze broker data to understand enduser behavior and needs, and develop user operations strategies.
- Plan and execute a variety of broker campaigns to grow the users and trading volume.
- Monitor broker and enduser feedback to continuously optimise their experience.
- Manage event budgets and evaluate campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with the broker BD to grow the existing brokers
- Collect broker's feedback to continuously optimize event planning and execution processes.
- Collect and analyze broker data to gain insights into user behavior and needs
- Track the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
What you'll need
- Solid experience in a role focusing in user operations or event operations
- Prior experience in crypto exchange, trading platform, brokerage is preferred
- Great passion for crypto or digital assets with strong knowledge of brokerage, liquidity
- Strong communication and relationship building capabilities with clients
- Strong data analysis and event planning skills.
- Proficiency in various user operations and event operations tools.
- Fluency in English and Chinese for business communication
