This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Broker Real Estate Salesperson. Responsibilities include identifying client requirements, presenting a diverse portfolio of properties, assisting clients with real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Broker Real Estate Salesperson will also work closely with developers to provide tailored offers and must stay updated on market trends.

• Proven skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and related fields
• Valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills and Sales expertise
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Egypt is a plus
• Proficiency in relationship building with developers is preferred
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude in providing client-centered solutions
