About the role:
Leads the end-to-end implementation of new telecom sites and network expansions across e&s radio and transmission infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical execution with field team leadership, ensuring deployments are delivered on time, to standard, and in close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage implementation schedules for new sites and network expansion projects in alignment with monthly and annual targets
- Coordinate with RF, FM, Acceptance, SRT, and Operations teams to ensure all prerequisites are in place prior to site deployment
- Lead, supervise, and technically support field teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to validate that installations comply with e& technical standards and quality benchmarks
- Serve as the primary BSS coordinator between Project Management and field execution teams
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and new staff on deployment best practices
- Deliver implementations across multi-vendor environments including Ericsson, Huawei, and ZTE
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecom BSS deployment or network rollout
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in installing and integrating BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB equipment across TDD, FDD, and 5G technologies
- Strong understanding of telecom network rollout processes (radio and transmission)
- Demonstrated ability to manage field teams and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders
