Finance & Procurement Manager (Immediate Start)

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance & Procurement Manager with exceptionally strong budgeting expertise to support a major football tournament project in Riyadh. This role requires deep financial understanding, accuracy in numbers, and proven experience managing complex budgets and procurement functions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full budgeting cycle for the project, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed budget models to ensure accurate financial planning
- Oversee procurement operations including vendor sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, and contract management
- Ensure all procurement and financial processes strictly adhere to approved budgets
- Provide strategic financial recommendations, cost-saving insights, and risk assessments
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth and efficient project delivery
- Maintain strong financial documentation and ensure compliance for audits.
Requirements:
- Must be currently in KSA with your own valid Iqama.
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, and procurement (experience in large-scale events or projects is an advantage).
- Exceptional budgeting skills with a strong track record of managing complex budgets and cost control.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting abilities.
- Proven experience in procurement negotiations and vendor management.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to join immediately and commit until June 2027.
