Architectural Inspector
Responsibilities:
- Check architectural & technical IR's and ensure that completed work is complying with approved shop drawings, materials, samples, and mockups
- Check delivered materials MIR against approved material submittals
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections and checking workmanship and overall quality and ensure compliance with project documents
- Report to RE and Site Architect
- Assist Site Architect in issuing NCN, JSI
- Assist Site Architect in answering RFI's as required
- Assist the Site Architect in reviewing the submittals as required
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging
- Awareness about Authorities standards and regulations
- Check contractor's ongoing activities and ensure compliance with the approved method statement
- Adhere to safety procedures
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 8-12 years of experience.
- Experience in the execution of high-end projects
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong coordination skills
- Great attention to detail.
- Software skills such as AutoCAD, Revit & MS Office
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in architectural elements and finishes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
