Building Management Systems Engineer

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/B-Tech in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role in BMS / Hard Services / FM..
• Strong experience in BMS Operation & Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Lighting, Fire Alarm & Firefighting systems.
• Experience in PPM, reactive maintenance, commissioning, snagging & DLP.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of 12+ technicians.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and client-service skills.
• Good command of English.
