Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/B-Tech in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role in BMS / Hard Services / FM..
- Strong experience in BMS Operation & Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Lighting, Fire Alarm & Firefighting systems.
- Experience in PPM, reactive maintenance, commissioning, snagging & DLP.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of 12+ technicians.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and client-service skills.
- Good command of English.
