Bullion Manager Job Description

The Bullion Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of a gold bullion company in Dubai, ensuring efficient trading, inventory control, compliance, and business performance. The role oversees end-to-end bullion activities including procurement, trading, storage, logistics, and client coordination while maintaining strict adherence to UAE regulatory and AML requirements.

The position involves monitoring international gold market trends, executing bullion transactions, managing price risk and hedging strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with refineries, suppliers, banks, and wholesale clients. The Bullion Manager ensures accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and secure vault operations through effective internal controls and regular audits.

Additionally, the role is responsible for operational reporting, profitability monitoring, and coordination with finance teams for settlements and reconciliations.

The Bullion Manager leads and supervises operations staff, establishes standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drives operational efficiency while supporting business growth and compliance with industry standards such as responsible sourcing and bullion market regulations.
