Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and perfect smash burger recipes, sauces, and sides.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain quality and speed standards.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management on menu updates, promotions, and product innovations.
  • Oversee kitchen maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a fast food or casual dining environment.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Expertise in grilling, smashing techniques, and burger preparation.
  • Strong leadership and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in high-volume service.
  • Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene regulations (preferred).
