Burger - Commis Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Commis Chef Burger to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in crafting high-quality burgers, handling premium ingredients, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and assembling a variety of burgers, sides, and sauces
• Operate grill, fryer, and burger station with proper safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure consistency, portion control, and quality in every order
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Support senior chefs during busy hours
• Follow kitchen SOPs and company food safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a burger-focused kitchen is preferred
• Knowledge of grilling, patty handling, and food preparation basics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
