Busines Analytics Specialist

Role Description The Business Analytics Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to contract usage, project performance, and community engagement to support informed decision-making. The specialist will develop dashboards and reports, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve content strategy, member services, and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and validating data, preparing statistical analyses, supporting performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions. The role also involves presenting findings in clear visual and written formats to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Candidates should ideally have experience in the construction, engineering, or professional services sectors, with familiarity in contract or project management viewed as an advantage.
• Candidates should hold a relevant academic background, such as a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
