Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Accountant role located in Alexandria. The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, forecasting budgets, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing tax filings, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments to optimize financial processes and ensure financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Experience in Tax Preparation, Compliance, and Regulatory Processes
• Strong skills in Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, and Account Reconciliation
• Proven ability in Forecasting, Cost Analysis, and Financial Planning
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is a plus
• Prior experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
