Job Summary

The Business Analysis Expert plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position is responsible for leading the definition, documentation, and delivery of high-quality digital products and enhancements that align with strategic business objectives. The expert will drive process improvements, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the flawless execution and integration of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of gathering and analyzing operational and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and document business needs and technical requirements.
  • Develop current operational processes, identify gaps, and propose possible improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage all digital requests, including new developments and required modifications to existing systems.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the development of digital solutions that are compatible with business needs.
  • Oversee the preparation of a traceability matrix to ensure all business requirements are covered in the designed digital solutions.
  • Coordinate team efforts in documenting screen designs, UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface), and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the execution of digital solution testing to verify the accuracy of implementation and compliance with operational requirements.
  • Follow up on the implementation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the achievement of operational objectives.
  • Follow up on user feedback and provide required modifications before the solution deployment.
  • Manage the prioritization of business requirements based on strategic plans and stakeholder needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Policies, Cybersecurity, and Data Management to ensure the integration of digital solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including departments, government and private entities, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the operational performance of digital services and analyze usage data to improve user experience.
  • Establish methodologies and tools for developing digital services and processes.
  • Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of expertise and capabilities to serve the business interest.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
  • 6+ years work experience in full systems development (SDLC/PDLC).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
  • Very strong written and verbal Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Advanced research and market study skills.
  • Advanced Presentation Skills
  • Skills in using (AI) applications.
  • Experience in Project Management Tools, like: JIRA
