Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analysis Lead to oversee business analysis activities for a large-scale enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Business Analysts, drive requirements management, enhance business processes, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement across all project phases. This role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical solutions within a dynamic, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Analysis team to ensure high performance and delivery quality.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
- Develop and model business processes using BPMN standards.
- Prepare and maintain key documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Ensure full traceability of requirements from initial definition through to delivery and testing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 3 years of experience leading or managing Business Analysis teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- UML (Unified Modeling Language)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Jira and Azure DevOps
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise or digital transformation projects.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is a plus.
