Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Analyst Project Lead. The System Analyst Project Lead will be responsible for analyzing systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. They will work closely with the IT team and business stakeholders to identify requirements, perform system analysis, and ensure successful project delivery. This role is based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some remote work.
Job Description:
- Provide an effective liaison (bridge) between the business of the customers and the development team.
- Define the business objectives of the customer to make sure that that requirements always be traced back to those identified objectives.
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements using various techniques including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops and site visits.
- Analyze and model the system requirements to create a complete picture of the work-flows and system requirements.
- Develops functional specifications for client engagements using Requirements specification document template
- Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that the requirements accurately portray the specific needs of the customer.
- Participate in the change management process overseeing the definition, approval, and implementation of scope changes Accountable for the delivery of projects on time.
- Increase customer satisfaction Handle multiple projects at the same time.
Job Requirements:
- Years of experience: 7 to 10 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Leadership and facilitation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline is preferred.
- CCBA/CBAP certified is preferred
- Able to relocate to UAE or Saudi.
