Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management informations systems, or any related flied.
- 6-8 Years of experience in Business Analysis (Mandatory).
- Oversee requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk requirements issues.
- Engage with executives, product owners, technology teams, and vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
- Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations Oversee requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
